Yoga for Recovery
We are also excited to be collaborating with another local studio, Just Be in Milford to offer a community donation-based Recovery Yoga class. This class is appropriate for all levels and anyone called to the topic of addiction, recovery and healing. Monthly classes will alternate between locations- We will host the second Friday of each month!
We offer a variety of workshops and pop up classes. These may include: beginner yoga, chair yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, chakra healing and more. Check out the schedule below to see what we have coming up. More detailed descriptions will be found with each class.
Prenatal yoga offers a wonderful opportunity to pause, reflect and connect with your changing body in pregnancy. Pregnancy, labor and motherhood are defined by waves of contraction and expansion, effort and grace. This class follows the pattern of labor, alternating restorative postures with more effortful sequences, and incorporates breathwork and meditation techniques throughout.
