At the core of my work is a focus on building a supportive and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship with my clients. Some modalities I often use are psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mind/body connection. I have special interest and experience in working with adolescents and adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, OCD, and depression.
