Liz brings 24 years of experience supporting breastfeeding families–first as an accredited La Leche League Leader, and then as an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She spent many years as a Nurse Lactation Specialist at a major regional hospital and now offers private lactation consulting through her practice, Sacred Soul Transformations.

But Liz’s work has expanded well beyond breastfeeding. As a Board Certified Nurse Coach and certified energy healing practitioner, she works with women navigating deeper life transitions-postpartum recovery, perimenopause, identity shifts, and the experience of having lost themselves through years of caregiving. Her approach blends clinical expertise with intuitive, whole-person support, including holistic coaching and Universal White Time energy healing.
