Lauri is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified School Psychologist with a wealth of experience working with adolescents, adults and families. An abundance of both professional and life experiences have allowed Lauri to effectively help others navigate their darkest tunnels by moving through them. Her specialities include comprehensive evaluations in working with struggling adolescents, family transitions and mediation, support counseling specific to anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, trauma, abuse and life crisis. Lauri’s counseling style is compassionate and supportive while rooted in cognitive behavior therapy and choice theory. While challenges in life may first weaken us, realizing the choices we can make to overcome those challenges only heals and strengthens us.
