    Psychotherapist

My name is Lakesha Margaglione, better known as Keke. I have a Bachelor’s in Liberal Arts minoring in Sociology and Public Health. I received my Master’s Degree from Nova Southeastern University in South Florida in Marriage and Family Therapy. I believe in providing a safe space for clients to feel comfortable to express their feelings and be their own authentic selves, while understanding that building rapport and trust is a process that is important for the therapeutic relationship. As a therapist and an individual, I utilize my sense of humor to help create a comfortable atmosphere for my clients.

I specialize in individual therapy helping clients explore and address life issues, including stress,
anxiety, and depression. Utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, empowerment, self-care, and hands on techniques.

Powered by my natural passion and commitment to helping others, I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, especially children and women. When it comes to children I believe they too have a voice and should be encouraged to use it to express their feelings, pain, and joys of life. I am also a passionate and motivated individual that enjoys assisting women to recognize their existing strengths, empowering women to independence, helping women feel comfortable in their skin, and helping them embrace their insecurities.

I believe connection, authenticity, and openness are the foundation of a therapeutic relationship, and I am here for the journey with you. You’ve got this! For every situation that we face we have an opportunity to grow, heal and become an unexplainable version of ourselves. The journey may be long, the road may be rough but at the end of that journey when you overcome and heal, it is the beginning of something so much greater!
