As an individual counselor, I am here to provide one on one support and guidance to help you live a happier, healthier life. I have experience helping clients with a wide range of issues and am particularly passionate about addressing women’s issues including returning to work postpartum, finding a balance between family, career, school, or personal time, work stress, self-esteem issues, and transitioning to different life stages. Self-care is so important to all of us and counseling is just one way you can begin to show some love to yourself. My therapeutic approach is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy. Many times, our issues are less about the events that happen in our lives and more about how we perceive these events or how we perceive our level of control over these events.
