As a marriage and family therapist, I explore how people gain access within themselves and dive deeper into how people show up in relationships with others. I strive to support people in becoming their true authentic selves, and work with people to cultivate deep and meaningful relationships.
I approach my clinical work and life utilizing empathy, warmth, and compassion. I have experience in providing services to community based and outpatient based settings where I have gained experience in working with people impacted by trauma, DCF involvement, juvenile justice system, substance abuse, socioeconomic stressors, and a multitude of other life stressors. Within these roles, I have experience providing a variety of clinical interventions and therapeutic modalities.
I work with individuals, couples, and families and incorporate treatment modalities that best fit each person’s needs. The therapeutic space that I provide is committed to creating safety and to both foster positive therapeutic relationships and change. I welcome you on your journey.
