Our Main office is located in Milford, conveniently off of I-95 exit 41. When you enter the office park we are the first building on the left.

Our Satellite office is located in Fairfield in the Mercurio Building on Post Road.

When you arrive: Please make yourself comfortable in the waiting area. Your clinician will greet you at the time of your appointment.
