I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting women as they navigate the many transitions and life stages that shape their personal journeys. Throughout my career, I have been honored to create spaces where women feel safe, heard, and empowered to express themselves fully. My work centers on helping individuals move through challenges, reconnect with their strengths, and rediscover parts of themselves that may have been overshadowed by the demands of life.

I am deeply passionate about supporting women who are exploring self‑discovery or redefining their identities as they evolve through changing roles and responsibilities. My approach is strength‑based and collaborative, grounded in the belief that we are often far stronger than we realize. Strength, however, does not mean carrying everything alone. Recognizing when to seek support can be a profound turning point, and I am committed to walking alongside women as they take those steps toward growth, clarity, and healing.

We will work together to navigate complex life stage transitions that may lead to anxiety and depression including becoming a parent, adjusting to the developmental changes of children (especially during adolescence), transitions into adulthood, college transitions, empty nest adjustments, aging, marital challenges, separation, divorce and personal goal planning.

My therapeutic approach is tailored to each client’s needs and may include strength‑based and solution‑focused interventions, trauma‑informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing.

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Plattsburgh and my Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University. I am a bilingual Spanish clinician.
