Clinical Manager

Alice is a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist as well as our Clinical Manager. She has a passion for women’s health throughout the life span and over 25 years of experience working with people impacted by domestic/interpersonal violence, substance abuse, DCF involvement, trauma, poverty and general psychosocial stressors. She believes in a multi-modality approach, including recognizing the connection between emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual influences on a person. A belief that all individuals and families strive towards betterment, and that all individuals deserve their struggles to be seen and heard, guides her in working with the people she is privileged to help. She also provides support and guidance for our clinical team through supervision and consultation, working closely with practice owners.
