    ‘Strong As A Mother’ bootcamp classes are a 45 minute- 1 hour full body workout for all levels. This class is designed as a safe space for Moms to get in a workout while being able to bring their kids along- no sitter is needed. Classes consist of bodyweight and resistance band work as well as diastasis recti healing movements. Bring your water bottle, stroller/car seat (anything that you may want your little one to hangout in) and a yoga mat (optional). This class is taught by Taylor, a first time Mom as well as a certified group fitness instructor (and Bachelors in Exercise Science).
